TRUE Consulting, in collaboration with ARC Engagement, is currently leading the update of the Official Community Plan (OCP) and Zoning Bylaw (ZBL) for the Village of Cache Creek. The project builds on the original OCP and Zoning Bylaw, adopted in 2013 and 1990, respectively with the goal of creating a clear, accessible, and future-ready policy framework that reflects the evolving needs of the community.

Building on the achievements of Coyote Rock Estates, the Northside Development Initiative at Williams Lake entails a comprehensive strategy for developing the remaining lands in the area, complemented by areas already designated for future commercial/institutional purposes.

The SnPink’tn (Penticton) Indian Band embarked on a comprehensive planning exercise to envision the future of their community core area. Through an inclusive process, TRUE engaged in extensive consultation with Chief and Council, Elders, PIB staff, and both on and off-reserve community members.
