TRUE Today
Our team of engineers, planners, and surveyors deliver full-service consulting to municipalities, Indigenous, and private clients. We guide projects from concept to completion, always with responsive service and a solutions-driven mindset.
How We Started
Our History
TRUE began as a single employee operation, founded by Terry Underwood in 1986. Since that time, the ownership group has evolved significantly, and the company continues to grow. TRUE is now a mid-sized firm with 80+ employees spanning over four offices across BC.

What We Do
Our consulting team provides comprehensive engineering and planning services through all stages of projects, including conceptualization, design and construction. We take pride in our ability to deliver buildable projects, and work closely with contractors to ensure the client’s objectives are reached in a timely and cost-effective manner. Our land surveying team provides a full spectrum of surveying services. We provide advice and solutions to meet each client’s requests, while providing accurate and reliable deliverables.
