Project Description

This project consisted of developing bare land into the District Wine Village; boutique tasting rooms, restaurants, and outdoor venue in Oliver, BC.

TRUE provided design and construction services for the water, sewer, process waste, and both overland and underground storm conveyance systems. Because the layout is circular and decreases in elevation towards the center of the development, this posed complexity in the servicing strategy requiring the use of HDPE piping for its superior bending radius, and permeable pavers.

Construction began in 2020 and was completed in 2021. The District Wine Village has since been in successful operation and is now a destination within the Okanagan Valley, BC.
