North Shore Estates is located on Vancouver Island west of the Town of Lake Cowichan of the Ts’uubaa-asatx First Nations Indian Reserve #1.

Phases 1 and 2 of the development include a total of 55 single family lots. TRUE supported the Nation in feasibility planning, detailed design, and construction. Civil design included water system expansions, sanitary sewer servicing, stormwater management planning, roadworks design and site grading. Geotechnical and electrical support was provided by subconsultants.

Future phases of North Shore Estates include single and multi-family dwellings.

Orchards Walk is a planned mixed use development comprised of single and multi-family residential, a senior’s complex and commercial retail located adjacent to the Trans-Canada Highway.

TRUE has worked with Juniper West Developments for close to twenty years, bringing a variety of land development projects to life in the neighbourhood of Juniper Ridge.

This partnership includes varying types of development from high density multi-family apartment buildings, medium density strata townhomes to single family house construction.

Design work consists of road alignments through steeper hillside terrain complete with utility design and lot grading to get the most useable space out of the vacant land. TRUE also works closely with geotechnical engineers to assure all design is well within the constraints of the difficult terrain.

Construction and future design are still ongoing to bring more unique housing opportunities to the residents of the City of Kamloops for years to come.
