City Gardens, Kamloops
TRUE has been working with Kelson Group since 2021 on the substantial City Gardens development downtown Kamloops.
From a subdivision survey, to gridlines and construction layout, we have been there through every step.
Sun Peaks, BC
Over the past nine years, our team has completed a wide range of surveying services throughout Sun Peaks, supporting the community’s continued growth and development. Work has included topographic surveys, construction layout, legal and strata surveys, and infrastructure support for both residential and commercial projects. With ongoing expansion in housing, tourism, and municipal infrastructure, our experience in Sun Peaks reflects a strong understanding of the unique challenges associated with surveying in an active mountain resort environment.
TRU, Kamloops
TRUE has been involved in several aspects of The Reach neighbourhood in Thompson Rivers University since 2019. This master planned community is an emerging urban neighborhood with world-class views of Kamloops. The 90 acre mixed-use development will consist of residential and retail amenities. The first phase includes 4 apartment/condo buildings; Legacy Square, Liberty Pointe, Rockcliffe and Creston House.
